Traditional
classes are designed
for teens to Senior Citizens. These classes combine a vigorous
workout
with the fun of learning Tae Kwon Do’s powerful self defense
techniques.
The beginner receives individual instruction in the basics and
gradually
joins the rest of the class. It is not long before you will feel
part of the group, looking forward to seeing new friends in class.
White Marsh Tae Kwon Do is a full service school. We offer a complete course in Tae Kwon Do which leads to the Black Belt and beyond. All you have to do is take the first step: come to class. Many of our students did just that and are now First, Second and even Third Degree Black Belts, and are still still training in our school to prepare for even higher rank.
In
addition to traditional instruction, classes also include aerobic style warm-ups,
stretching and flexibility exercises, muscle toning and strengthening exercises,
street self defense techniques and exposure to other martial arts.
