Children's Course	Adult Course

Easy Defense is a highly specialized self-protection program that teaches successful defense against an assailant of any size.  The adult course is designed for small groups of men and/or women working with a team of male and female instructors.  The children's course is designed for small groups of children working with a team of male, female and peer instructors.  The staff  have been specifically trained in dealing with the physical and emotional process of escalating confrontation. 

In the Children's course special attention is paid to anti-abduction skills (Stranger Danger) and dealing with bullies (Bully Basics).

Both courses focus on verbal skills, body language, and boundary setting behavior.   In this program you will learn how to assert yourself, maintain control of the situation and deal with the natural excitement and fear that can cause you to "freeze up" when faced with an aggressor. 

The staff creates safe, yet powerful, scenarios and role-plays to help the participant learn and practice new skills  The instructors teach defensive postures, movements and behaviors, then coach the participants while they practice.   It is astounding how much personal power and control you will feel when in stressful situations.
